I have years of experience in many different editorial genres, and I can meet practically any writing-related need. Below is a partial list of the services I offer. If you have a project that does not fit into the categories on this page, please contact me to discuss your situation.

Work-for-Hire Book and Article Author
Do you know exactly what you want, but need the right person to fulfill your vision? I can help! Just give me your topic and guidelines; I’ll do all the rest. I can adjust my writing "voice" to hit any note or age level you require.

Property Development
If you have a general idea of your needs but need help ironing out the wrinkles, give me a call. As a former creative director, I know how to brainstorm a seamless product plan and then bring the product to life.

Technical and Business Writing
Let me handle your conference overviews, annual reports, how-to manuals, and other business-related needs. I can translate your basic facts into cohesive, engaging text.

Marketing Copy
I'll come up with the right words for your brochures, advertorials, cover copy, and other marketing needs.

Revision of Existing Copy
Do you need to breathe new life into old copy? Or are you disappointed with supposedly final text that doesn’t quite meet your standards? I can tweak existing work until it hits the target.

Manuscript Critiques
Prior to becoming a freelance writer, I worked for a decade as a magazine and book editor. So I know what editors are looking for in a manuscript. Let me read your material and point you in the right direction.

Ghost Writing
If you have a great book idea but lack the time or expertise to tackle the actual writing, let me be a resource for you. I’ll put the words in your mouth.

School Visits
I visit schools! My energetic presentation walks kids through the book development process and gives them a glimpse into the daily life of a working writer. I conclude the session by reading one of my books, chosen by you for subject and age level. This presentation is geared toward kids between the 2nd and 6th grades.
